Project Managers of the Future
Every year we aim to sponsor one young adult undertaking Duke Of Edinburgh or World Challenge type activities by giving them some financial support and providing clothing for their trip.
We ask them to think about the planning and execution of their trip like a project, and consider things like funding, success criteria, plans and contingency arrangements.
We believe that youngsters who exhibit a high degree of dedication, tenacity and initiative should be supported and rewarded for their efforts - they share many of the traits of successful Project Managers. They are the "Project Managers of the Future".
